By providing general-purpose magnetic-flux control in the world’s smallest compact body, the FR-CS80 offers cost-efficient solutions. This makes the FR-CS80 suitable for almost all industrial applications.
The cost-effective FR-CS80 frequency inverters cover a power range from 0.4 to 15 kW with a line voltage of 1-phase 200 V or 3-phase 400 V.
With flux vector control in Mitsubishi Electric’s smallest, most compact housing, the FR-CS80 offers a simple and cost-effective solution for your application. It is suitable for virtually all industrial applications.
What does the new FR-CS80 frequency inverter offer?
- Available as a single-phase 230-volt version from 0.4 to 2.2 kW and a three-phase 400-volt version from 0.4 to 15 kW.
- With its general-purpose magnetic flux vector control, the cost-effective, compact FR-CS80 inverter is the perfect solution for your drive applications.
- Cage-type terminals enable quick and easy wiring. Double-coated circuit boards protect the inverter from harsh and corrosive environments.
- Commissioning is quick and easy thanks to the quick start guide. This can be accessed via download (e.g. below) or via QR code.
General-purpose magnetic flux vector control
Due to the general-purpose magnetic flux vector control the inverter is providing high level torque even at low speed, without the need of encoder.
Fast-response current limit
Operation continues and the overcurrent alarm is not activated even if there is a sudden change in load.
DC Bus connection for energy saving
The DC Bus connectivity makes it possible to save energy within the system, and even makes it possible to connect a brake chopper or a regenerating unit.
Increased excitation deceleration
The deceleration time can be reduced without using a brake resistor. The tact time can be reduced for a transfer line or the similar.
Protected in hazardous environments
The circuit board coating conforms to IEC 60721-3-3 3C2/3S2 for improved environmental resistance.
