Availability of goods
We always keep large quantities of products from our wide-ranging standard portfolio in our warehouse so that we can respond flexibly to our customers’ requirements at all times. Items from our extended range can be procured promptly if required.
Service
We maintain a safety warehouse to ensure optimum availability of customized goods. The devices stored there are checked by us at regular intervals.
Emergency service
In urgent cases, express delivery is possible the next morning or even on Saturdays. If necessary, the replacement devices can be delivered and commissioned personally by our service team.
Budget-oriented planning
Depending on the requirements placed on our devices in terms of service life, repairability, handling or availability of accessories, we design the required products and measures for our customers on a budget-oriented basis. Thanks to our extensive product portfolio and many years of expertise, we can not only support series production, but also offer customized solutions for smaller product series.
Telephone support
In our company, you talk to people! – We advise our customers personally on the selection of suitable products or guide them through the commissioning and parameterization process of our inverters in the event of complications.
Customer-specific labeling
As part of our versatile production support, we provide devices and/or packaging with individual logistics labels and industry-specific markings on request to meet company requirements and legal guidelines.
Special solutions
If a special solution is required that is precisely tailored to the application or device, we will develop it on the basis of our extensive, long-standing experience in all aspects of electrical engineering – including individual accessories and packaging.
EMC measurements
Due to the constantly increasing component density of power electronics and the increasing regulation by technical committees and authorities, the topic of “electromagnetic compatibility” is becoming more and more important in drive technology. We test devices and systems for our customers with modern EMC measuring equipment in our own laboratory or on site for possible incompatibilities in order to comply with valid EMC standards and to guarantee CE conformity.
Solutions to leakage current problems
When current flows in unwanted current paths in machines/systems under normal operating conditions, the residual current circuit breaker trips to protect people and (fire-hazardous) equipment. We have developed various leakage current reduction/compensation devices to prevent false tripping due to operational leakage currents and to ensure safe and trouble free operation.
