Our suppliers inspect the goods before delivery according to a wide range of criteria and strict EPA quality specifications. Upon delivery, the supplied components are also subjected to a careful incoming goods inspection before being released for production or further processing.

Return procedure in the event of a complaint

We use the “Return Material Authorization number system” (RMA number system), where each return is assigned a unique number.
We always strive to deliver only high quality and flawless products. However, if there are any complaints that give rise to a claim, we ask our customers to inform us before returning the goods (serial number and brief description of the fault are required).

When a complaint is received, our order processing department will send a return delivery note and provide a unique RMA number that clearly identifies the process. This number should be quoted in all correspondence related to this process to ensure a smooth and timely process.
