Development of customized filtering solutions

To achieve an application-optimized solution in terms of radio interference suppression and immunity, many criteria must be considered. For this reason, in addition to our standard solutions, which meet most requirements, we also offer special filters.

These were developed based on the applicable standards with regard to electrical and mechanical effects on the handling application. We can measure the compatibility of your device or system on request.

EPA is continually developing new customized filter solutions, both mechanically and electrically optimized and are thus precisely tailored to the application of our customers.

You will find a large part of the overall program of suppression components of EPA on our website. If an EMC problem mechanically or electrically cannot be solved with a standard filter, so a large number of already tested special filters is available to our customers.

Thus we can offer appropriate solutions also for applications where less mounting space is available or the amount of leakage currents to earth play a significant role (e. g. the use of RCCBs). Mains filters for 690V- and IT-networks are available from stock. EPA will advise you in selecting the filter actions for your application!

If you do not own measurement capabilities, you can have the necessary measurements done reliable in our laboratory accomplished by our qualified personnel without long waits.
