We are at home in all areas of drive technology. Our products are used in conveyor technology, in pump and fan applications, in the automotive and food industries, in textile and machine tools and even in robotics. Thanks to our extensive, flexible modular system, we can also offer customized solutions for smaller product series.
Planning and design
We plan complete drive units according to your specifications. This includes requirements analysis, conceptual design and quotation preparation.
Implementation
This project phase includes the creation of circuit diagrams in WS-CAD and the subsequent production of the drive unit.
Commissioning
We are happy to commission individual devices or entire systems from our portfolio for you on site.
Retrofit / Predictive maintenance
We make your machines/systems fit for the future so that you can prevent cost-intensive downtime. As part of our retrofit service, we offer support with the refurbishment and renewal of existing systems. We work with you to develop specifications and requirements for the new system. Downtimes and the associated costs are reduced to a minimum.
Maintenance
If required, we can inspect, clean and maintain your drive unit and carry out fan function tests. In order to keep your stored (replacement) frequency inverters ready for operation, we take care of forming the DC link capacitors.
Commissioning support
After purchasing one of our inverters, we support you during commissioning. For existing systems, we will be happy to advise you on optimizing your systems in terms of performance and efficiency as part of a service.
Troubleshooting / Fault clearance service
If necessary, we can support you with troubleshooting in connection with our inverters. We can rectify these for you on request.
Residual current analysis
Residual and associated bearing currents are a complex issue. Our DiffDi® residual current diagnostic system makes bearing currents visible. With our filters, such as the AF-BCR, we can reduce these effectively.
Control and switch cabinet construction
In cooperation with our sister company, we can meet all customer requirements in the field of control and switch cabinet construction with full system integration of our products.
On-demand production support
With our customized on-demand production support, we take the pressure off your production chain. We take over one or more steps of your production process that you cannot map during ongoing operations or can only do so with a disproportionate amount of effort.
