Unidrive SP

This device has been discontinued! – We can offer you suitable alternatives after prior technical advice.

The universal frequency inverter EPA Unidrive SP is the evolution of the Unidrive Classic with new features, additional parameters and a more flexible expandability of the drive system. The internal algorithms with their ultra-short cycle times are ringing in a new era with respect to the dynamics of a drive system.

The EPA Unidrive SP works either in the operating modes “open-loop”, “closed-loop vector” or “Servo”, that means it can even default evaluate the feedback signals of an incremental encoder. There are currently 14 different feedback systems (z. B. SinCos, Hiperface, etc.) supported. There are more than 600 parameters to adjust the drive system which are clearly summarized in groups. All devices have a built-in brake chopper and can simultaneously accommodate three optional modules (eg Profibus). The max. output frequency is 3000 Hz.
